We offer a range of therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive analytic therapy and mentalisation based therapy. Your therapist will help advise you of the most appropriate therapy for your difficulties.
We have experienced clinical, counselling psychologists, and CBT therapists and a range of other healthcare professionals dedicated to assessing your needs and offering a bespoke package of treatment. All our therapists are experienced, fully qualified and registered with their professional bodies, they all have full DBS checks.
